Background
The Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe (“IDBZ/the Bank”) would like to undertake a housing project in Bulawayo, Willsgrove Park Phase 2 through a Joint Venture (“JV)) with Whitepear Farming Company (Private) Limited (“WFC”) who are the owners of the land. The project is located 11km south of Bulawayo Central Business District along Old Gwanda Road (12th Avenue Extension). Under the partnership WFC’s shareholding is determined by the value of the land contributed to the project while the Bank mobilises the required funding for development including conducting the procurement activities for the project. In this regard, the IDBZ wishes to engage a contractor for the construction of water reticulation and roads & stormwater drainage at Willsgrove Park Phase 2, Bulawayo (“the project”).
